Full embrace of SRAM Movistar team new season new kit

SRAM officially announced its sponsorship of the Movistar team. The sponsored products will include SRAM accessories, Quarq power meters and Zipp wheel sets, and the contract will be signed until 2021.

This Spanish team, founded in 1980, has written a legendary history and created many legendary drivers who have won a large number of national, world and world tour championships. The team has three drivers in the top ten at the 2019 Tour de France, including current captain Alejandro Valverde. Young Spanish hill climber Enric Mas has already harvested several best young driver honour shirts and will challenge himself on a heavyweight World Tour in 2020.

The Mobile Star Women’s Team was founded in 2018 and is led by Spanish road champion Lourdes Oyarbide and Spanish individual time trial champion Sheyla Gutierrez. In its short term, the team has won seven national championships and won several important races.

The entire team will be equipped with SRAM eTap AXS HRD radio change kits. This year will be the first time that the team will use disc brakes to compete. The SRAM AXS system has a wider gear range and denser flywheel arrangement than traditional systems. The rider will choose the gear ratio according to his needs. The women’s team will mainly use 48 / 35t cranks, while the men’s team will usually use 50 / 37t cranks, but both the men’s and women’s teams will love the 10-33t flywheel.
